On June 9, 2025, Eckinger Law obtained summary judgment on behalf of a defendant in the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas. The lawsuit had been filed by an man who was previously a teacher in the area and who alleged that he had been defamed by a number of individuals, including Eckinger Law’s client. After a number of depositions and significant briefing of the facts and issue, Eckinger Law’s client was successful in obtaining dismissal of the claims against her.
